Jeff Banks CBE is a Welsh designer of men's and women's clothing, jewellery, and home furnishings. Born in Ebbw Vale, Wales, Banks co-founded the fashion chain Warehouse in the late 1970s. His wallpaper collection is designed to be easy to live with and to appeal to a wide variety of home decorators.

One of the favourites is the resplendent Arteco collection, with its stunning geometric designs in lambent metallic ink finishes and docile water colour effects. Then there is the Arteco Skylon design, which features a luminous Ikat, glossy bleed design, in burnished silver, graphite and white tones, offering an eye-catching, optical abstract waterfall.
