PaperBoy

The idea for PaperBoy came when two six year old boys, Rory and Archie, outgrew their nursery-style room and their mum, Victoria, searched for what she thought was the right kind of wallpaper.

She was looking for boys' wallpaper with a classic touch, even iconic, but with an edge about it. Modern, yes, but tinged with nostalgia too; fun for the younger ones, but with a style that would be regarded as cool by the older age group. When she failed to find any which matched any of those descriptions she decided to design some herself, and came up with wallpapers which featured graffiti, others with slightly scary skeletons, and still more which had the classic images of pets, dinosaurs and suchlike.

Her designs were drawn up to appeal to boys from pre-school right the way through to teenage years, and they have proved outstandingly popular. Here you will find a variety of the thoughtful, the humorous, the sophisticated, the traditional, the modern, the humorous, the scary – all carefully crafted, of top quality and in a rich array of colours.
