Tres Tintas

Tres Tintas was set up in 2005 by three Barcelona brothers involved in a family business who wanted to add a fresh, young and contemporary edge to wallpaper design, committed to creating simple but striking and unique designs that would look well in a modern home. And how well they have succeeded. Fittingly, they called their first collection Revival, and since then have come Deja Vu, created by a team of talented young designers; All City Papers, that brought urban art closer to the painted paper world; the Californian palm trees of the 9 selvas de Mariscal; and Wall-a-porter, which focuses on the women's fashion world.

The company continues to support the development of designs created in Barcelona. While innovative, the designs are not iconoclastic and they encourage young, artists who are given complete freedom of expression. Tres Tintas'  stated aim is to achieve quality and good design at affordable prices; to be different from competitors; to keep adding to the collections; and to always convey a creative spirit. The painted paper has the Finland clean woods certificate which means that the raw material of their products comes from woods used for that purpose, and they are all made with special water inks which allows the painted paper to be recycled.
