Fi Douglas established the studio in Scotland. They hand-draw all the designs and then have them printed on non-woven papers made in the UK, giving them a matte finish. The result is bold, oversized prints.

The designs are all filled with cheerful, uplifting colours: the Botanical Wallpaper has verdant botanicals influenced by Moroccan gardens, Bunch of Bluebells has fragile bluebells and forget-me-nots, Isolation Garden has coastal washes with a seaside tint, and Humble Flowers has whimsical florals with daffodils, poppies, and wildflowers.

When combined with darker paint tones, Bluebellgray's modern Colourist Wallpaper captures large-scale watercolour blocks in intense hues, creating an eye-catching statement wall effect. The wallpaper also delves into abstract brush-stroke expression.

Every roll of wallpaper comes in a standard size, usually 10 meters in length and 52 cm in width (though some mural formats reach 12 meters in length and 70 cm in width). It comes with instructions on how to hang it and has good lightfastness. You can customise the colour accuracy by ordering a sample, and it will be ready for delivery in four to six weeks.
