Clarissa Hulse

Based on her twenty years of botanical observation and printmaking, Clarissa Hulse's wallpaper collection is a vibrant ode to nature. Working out of her studio in North London, she transforms photographs taken of grasses, ferns, seedheads, and wildflowers taken in the countryside into murals and wallpapers that resemble works of art.

Popular designs in the collection include Meadow Grass, which showcases swaying grasses in jewel-toned palettes, and Wild Chervil, which is textured non-woven paper layered with metallic accents. Clarissa Hulse not only offers standard double rolls (approximately 10 metres by 52 cm, with a pattern repeat of about 64 cm and a straight match), but she also offers daring, custom panoramas, like murals Serendipity and Tania's Garden, which decorate an entire wall with an expansive scene from a meadow.
