Laura Ashley

Laura Ashley was a Welsh fashion designer and businesswoman who originally made furnishing materials in the 1950s and later expanded into clothing design and manufacture. The Laura Ashley style is characterised by romantic English designs, often with a 19th century feel. Laura Ashley plc was founded by Laura and her husband Bernard in 1953 and it is now controlled by the MUI Group of Malaysia, which has produced a Laura Ashley range of wallpapers which combines great beauty with a feeling of luxury and can be trusted to enhance the appearance and ambience of any décor.
